Community Groups
Where available, we have helped charitable / community groups to deal with issues that we have expertise. For example, we have established a leadership program for an international community group, streamlined recruiting processes in a state wide community group, coaching youth centre on web page design, and trained staff of an aged care centre in effective personal computer use.
Loyal Customers
From time to time, our customers require help that we feel obliged to provide at no cost for our services. This depends on the length and stability of our relationship and is based on providing true and appropriate benefit.

Currently, we are doing research in Triple Bottom Line and offering free in-house presentations.
