Dr Boxer has had experience leading teams of people. He has run production lines, led bridge builders, managed administrative and logistical departments, and inspired many people to achieve success in their organisations.
He has been consulting to industry and government since 1981, providing extensive services to his clients in the following areas:

implementation of continuous TQM improvement programs
preparation for ISO9000 certification
conduct and presentation of internal quality auditing courses
implementation of internal quality auditing programs
upgrading to ISO9000:2000
integration with AS/NZ4804, ISO14000 & HACCP
In the past few years, Dr Boxer has helped CEOs align their organisation's culture with strategic changes such as sustainability and OH&S.

Captain Boxer currently leads logistical, medical, transport, maintenance, catering and music components of a 600 person infantry battalion. He is also a piper in the Pipes and Drums of the battalion. He is assisted in this by a staff of both full-time and part-time leaders.
